Winter Wonderland

Winter gets a bad rap: the days are short, it’s freezing, and you have to worry about things like ice & the flu. Too often we forget all of the goodness that surrounds this coldest of seasons. With that in mind, the Boroughs Family Branch invites you to an evening of laughter, crafts, games, and a whole bunch more. It’s an indoor Winter Wonderland, and it’s FREE to the community. Join us between 6:30 PM - 8:30 PM for “Snowman Soup,” face painting, makeshift ice-skating, and a bounce house—they even have it on good authority that Olaf from Disney’s “Frozen” will be there!

Join Corridor 9/495 Regional Chamber of Commerce for the HYPE9 (of the Corridor 9/495 Regional Chamber) professional development workshop series. These 3-part workshops are available for both employees and entrepreneurs between the ages of 21-40 years old. The workshops feature successful business leaders who know that building a legacy happens during the actions that you take each day. Learn from leaders that took challenges and turned them into an opportunity to grow.

Patching Your Potholes Workshop One:
Issues will surface within your workplace and being able to successfully navigate challenging conversations with direct reports, peers, or supervisors where emotions run high and positive outcomes are critical.

In this workshop you will learn:
-How to deal with coworkers and find resolutions
-How to manage others, in all directions
-Stress Management

Healthy Night Out

Release Well-Being Center invites you to an evening of delicious food, wellness, and relaxation. Put a twist on your typical Friday Night Out and join Release Well Being Center for a fun evening of self-care! Choose a class from 5:30-6:30pm: Barre with Caitlin or a Yoga with Laura. There are 15 spots for Barre and 45 for Yoga. Book ahead of time to ensure your spot in the class you're interested in.

6:30-7:30 pm indulge in Lite Bites in Nourish café.
6:30-8:30 pm Bliss access which includes our Himalayan Salt Room, Sun Sauna, Eucalyptus Steam Room, Hot Mineral Spa, and Bliss common area.

What to Bring: swimsuit, sandals/flip flops, robe or cover-up (we don't provide robes for the event).

A gathering for women to celebrate and honor the full moon occurring Saturday/Sunday. The intention of the circle is to hold space for everyone to discuss the energy of the Leo/Aquarius moon and how it affects us personally. You will join in a heart-centered meditation, pull cards, and see where this fiery heart energy leads will lead you! There will be food and tea to share, byo beverages encouraged.
