This is an interactive event facilitated by Stephanie Thomas of Intuitive Touch Alternative Healing.  Stephanie has been practicing the path of healing for 13 years since she was introduced to Reiki. Since then she has continued to learn, to explore and enhance her practice through formal studies. In this class, you will learn about the importance of sleep, how to cultivate a kind attitude for ourselves and others, how to handle test anxiety, how to do micro-meditations throughout the day to reset your mindset, and so much more.
